RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing; directing and motivating staff Controlling and coordinating culinary standards Active in dealing directly with guests and monitoring guests satisfaction Financial profitability and stringent controls All operating equipment, beverage and food stocks Service standards and operating procedures Marketing; Advertising and Sales related initiatives Human Resources, Labour issues and establishment legal requirements General Admin, upkeep and maintenance of POS Systems and all contracts
