Job Summary RESTAURANT MANGER LIMPOPO PROVINCE This position requires a person with the below experience You would need to be passionate about staying in the Bushveld - Post includes on site accommodation General Scope of the position - xe2x80xa2 Provide high level of customer service and the efficient Performance of restaurant activities xe2x80xa2 Ensure efficiency and smooth running of the restaurant xe2x80xa2 Ensure optimal levels of stock, financial planning and overall management of the Restaurant Main duties include - xe2x80xa2 Daily Management of restaurant staff. xe2x80xa2 Manage restaurant income and expenses according to budget and profits. xe2x80xa2 Month-end procedures, GP's, Budgets and stock take xe2x80xa2 Plan restaurant stock level, pricing & ordering of stock xe2x80xa2 Liaise with clients/ departments and suppliers. xe2x80xa2 Marketing and Check deliveries xe2x80xa2 Maintain hygienic standards xe2x80xa2 Filing and other related administrative work. xe2x80xa2 Implementation of the Company's Financial and HR Policies and Procedures. xe2x80xa2 Implementation of the Company's Health and Safety regulations xe2x80xa2 Evaluation of department performance, Finance & Staff performance. xe2x80xa2 Planning of staff rosters and leave. xe2x80xa2 Displaying of products and Restaurant layout. xe2x80xa2 Liaise with various departments. xe2x80xa2 Conduct training needs analysis and in-house training of the staff. xe2x80xa2 Receiving of GRV's and processing it. xe2x80xa2 Financial system - Cuisine (Advantageous), Word, Excel, Email experience required xe2x80xa2 Upload and download of sales information.
