Be the face of the floor warmly welcoming guests, creating an upbeat atmosphere, and handling service flow with calm confidence
Lead by example motivating and mentoring your team to deliver service that feels personal, polished, and joyful
Build a positive team culture that thrives on respect, passion, and pride
Handle guest queries, VIPs, and feedback with grace and professionalism
Work hand-in-hand with the exceptional kitchen brigade to ensure seamless, elevated service
Maintain premium FOH standards: table settings, ambience, hygiene, and timing
Oversee daily FOH operations, reservations, and stock of service essentials
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with time spent in upmarket or fine dining environments
Energetic, customer-obsessed, and naturally charismatic your team and guests feel your passion
A confident and present leader firm when needed, always fair, and great with people
Youre hands-on, detail-oriented, and always ready to roll up your sleeves during service
Wine, food, and service knowledge to match the elevated experience were offering
Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and excellent at reading the room
Nice to Have
Hospitality or Restaurant Management qualification
Experience working with a Michelin-starred or internationally recognised culinary team
Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and modern dining trends
Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software
