We are looking for a confident and professional front-of-house manager to oversee the customer service team. You will be responsible for the overall dining experience, team coordination, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise waiters, hosts, and bar staff
Manage customer service and handle complaints professionally
Ensure smooth operation during shifts
Assist with reservations, seating plans, and floor management
Train and support service staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Liaise with the kitchen and management team
Oversee opening and closing duties
Basic Requirements:
Experienced, well-presented individual with strong leadership and communication skills. Must have previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management, be customer-focused, and capable of leading a team. Basic computer skills, point-of-sale system understanding and problem-solving abilities are essential.
