Restaurant Manager

The main part of your role will be to ensure hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with diners to address concerns or solve problems and creating work schedules for restaurant staff.
As the Restaurant Manager, have the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. They seek to provide customers with pleasant dining experiences that live up to brand standards. Their efforts, which include effectively managing employees, are ultimately geared towards safeguarding the profitability of the restaurant. Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. Estimates food and beverage costs. Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
You have relevant upmarket restaurant / luxury / 4* hotel outlet experience, experience managing a staff, ability to mento staff, excellent wine knowledge and in tune with industry trends, skilled with stock taking, lead others and to do on-the-job training, computer literate, own transport and lastly, be able to work different shifts on any day of the week.
