Restaurant Manager
Salary: R15 000 - R18 000
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the service team. This is a live-in position.
Requirements:
3+ years in a restaurant/hotel management role
Micros System experience
Strong leadership, excellent communication, and guest-relation skills
Grade 12, computer literate; hospitality qualification an advantage
Well-spoken, well-presented, calm under pressure
Duties:
Oversee full restaurant operations
Manage staff, rosters, meetings, and handovers
Maintain guest relationships
Achieve service and financial targets
Conduct monthly stock takes
