- To assist the food and beverage manager with daily operations
- Checking and dealing with guestsxe2x80x99 special occasion arrangements
- Promote special in-house events
- Oversee and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints
- Maintain ambiance or restaurant xe2x80x93 lighting, music, cleanliness, hygiene
- Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff
- Oversee the of guests within the restaurant
- Perform other duties as requested
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to understand and respond to individuals (Guests needs and requirements)
- MS Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Restaurant management software
- POS
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Sound presentation skills
- Proven 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- University/college qualification in F&B or Tourism Management would be an advantage
