Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for launching and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, staff performance, and adherence to Halaal and hygiene standards. You'll work with a dedicated team to create a welcoming and efficient environment that supports both staff and guests.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee all front- and back-of-house operations



Lead and train the restaurant team



Ensure excellent customer service at all touchpoints



Maintain operational standards and stock control



Implement Halaal compliance and health & safety protocols



Report on sales and team performance



Salary:

R15,000/month



Start Date:

ASAP



Opening Date of Restaurant:

1 September



Working Hours:



Sunday to Thursday:

9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm



Friday & Saturday:

9am-4pm or 3pm-10pm



Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager



Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and Halaal service standards



Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills



Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment



Based in Cape Town, with immediate availability



Between 3 - 5 Years
