Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to maintain fine dining standards.
Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest relations.
Monitor stock, handle ordering, and ensure proper cost control.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service.
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety compliance at all times.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with financial reporting, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a management role within a fine dining or luxury restaurant.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
Proven ability to manage staff and maintain a high-performance culture.
Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused.
Hospitality qualification or similar certification is an advantage.
