Job Summary Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the same or similar role in a 5-star establishment
Excellent communication skills
Previous stock control experience
Advanced Knowledge of Cash Registers/ Money Handling
Advanced Beers/Spirits knowledge
Knowledge of wine pairings
Knowledge of coffees
Fast-paced experience
Knowledgeable in use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management would be an advantage
Must be a team leader and excellent with staff
Must have the ability to manage and lead a team
