Experienced Restaurant Manager with strong FOH and Costing Skills required for esthablished upmarket restaurant in Cape Town city centre. The main emphasis of the position will be on the Restaurant Operation, however this position is required to assist in all other aspects related to the management of the F&B Operation. Key duties will include:
- Operations
- Staff Training
- Service Standards
- Guest Service
- Human Resources
- Controls
- Are you a SA citizen with a valid SA ID?
- Do you have a CLEAR criminal record?
- Do you have a CLEAR ITC Credit record, if in debt review kindly mention?
- In-person interviews only so do you reside in Cape Town to be able to interview face to face?
- Do you have a CV with FULL employment history with a contactable reference number at EACH employer?
- Have you ever been dismissed YES or NO, if yes, kindly elaborate?
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Upmarket Restaurant management: 4 years (Preferred)
- Hotel or F&B management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Afrikaans (Preferred)
