Job Description
Experienced Restaurant Manager with strong FOH and Costing Skills required for established Italian Restaurant chain. The main emphasis of the position will be on the Restaurant Operation, however this position is required to assist in all other aspects related to the management of the F&B Operation. Key duties will include:
- Operations
- Staff Training
- Service Standards
- Guest Service
- Human Resources
- Controls
- Are you a SA citizen with a valid SA ID?
- Do you have a CLEAR criminal record?
- In person interviews only, will you be able to interview face to face in CAPE TOWN?
- Do you have your own reliable transport?
- Do you stay in Cape Town so its easy to travel to the restaurant situated in the Northern Cape Town region?
- High School (matric) (Required)
- Upmarket Restaurant management: 6 years (Required)
