Proven background in

upscale or fine dining restaurants

(preferably within a 5-star environment).

leadership and interpersonal skills

to inspire, motivate, and train the team.

Solid understanding of

restaurant financials

, including P&L, revenue tracking, and cost control.

Experience in

developing and executing promotional activities

to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement.

Previous experience in Bahrain
