Restaurant Hostess (JB3859)

R13 000 to R15 000 a month
Permanent A vibrant Portuguese restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and warm hospitality is looking for a dedicated and professional individual to fill the position of Hostess, with the exciting opportunity to be trained for advancement into a Restaurant Manager role

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a similar / customer service or hospitality role
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Willingness to undergo training for managerial responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant
Learn and execute managerial tasks under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager
Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills
Contribute to creating a positive work environment for the entire team
