We are a dynamic growing quick-service restaurant within the Pizza space. You will need to perform the following;
Effective management of staff, creating a positive work environment
Create a positive customer experience every day, all the time - mitigate customer complaints and or respond with empathy, efficiently and effectively and increase customer loyalty
Conduct daily operations procedures, including : - stock management, opening and closing procedures, daily cleaning - health and hygiene checks, waste management, temperature control, borrowing and lending, breakage management
Manage daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations (working with the Kitchen Supervisor)
Train and coach staff on customer service standards (waiters), following SOPs and prep times (kitchen and bar)
Ensure adherence to restaurant standards - conduct monthly store and product evaluations
Manage current suppliers to ensure best quality product and accurate and cost effective pricing
