Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, including stock control, cost management, and health and safety compliance. Strong leadership and team development abilities - capable of inspiring, coaching, and managing a large, diverse team. Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining service consistency and quality. Hands-on manager with excellent judgment and the ability to think on their feet in a dynamic, trend-driven environment. Financially savvy with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, driving revenue, and boosting bottom-line performance. Resilient under pressure, with a calm and solutions-focused approach in high-stress moments. A stable career history and contactable references are non-negotiable.
