General Manager, Luxury Sports Club, Centurion
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Food & Beverage to lead and elevate operations at a premier estate dining and events venue in Centurion, Johannesburg.
This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-quality F&B operation with indoor seating for 150 guests and outdoor patio seating for 100, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The venue also hosts private events, corporate functions, and special celebrations, providing the GM with a diverse and exciting operational scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all F&B operations across restaurant, bar, and event services, ensuring world-class guest experiences
• Manage service standards, menu execution, and quality control for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings
• Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and recruitment for the F&B team
• Plan, coordinate, and execute private events, weddings, and corporate functions
• Monitor budgets, revenue, cost of sales, and profitability
• Maintain supplier relationships and oversee procurement of food, beverage, and consumables
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Drive innovation, guest engagement, and brand excellence

Minimum Requirements
Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B management within high end, high-volume hospitality environments
• Proven experience managing restaurants, bars, and event operations
• Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and attention to detail
