Requirements:

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

Meets restaurant financial objectives in food, beverage, Payroll, and restaurant costs.
Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing plans with the Operations manager.
Controls purchases and inventory.
Maintains operations in accordance with the set policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings.
Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by screening and interviewing suitable candidates for junior vacancies and ensuring that the necessary training is given to new recruits.
Ensure that guests are enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
Directs and motivates the service staff to ensure that guests are having a great time.
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing hygiene standards and procedures.
Maintains professional relations with all guests and staff.
Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of the restaurant operations.
Prepares weekly reports as required by the company.
