Requirements:

• Experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must have high end experience or fine dining experience.
• Be a well-versed dynamic people's person.
• Candidate must have own reliable transport.
• Candidate must be of sober habits.
• Candidate must have good solid work track record with contactable references.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

• Meets restaurant financial objectives in food, beverage, Payroll, and restaurant costs.
• Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing plans with the Operations manager.
• Controls purchases and inventory.
• Maintains operations in accordance with the set policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings.
• Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by screening and interviewing suitable candidates for junior vacancies and ensuring that the necessary training is given to new recruits.
• Ensure that guests are enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
• Directs and motivates the service staff to ensure that guests are having a great time.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing hygiene standards and procedures.
• Maintains professional relations with all guests and staff.
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of the restaurant operations.
• Prepares weekly reports as required by the company.
