Restaurant General Manager - Gardens, Cape Town We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our vibrant establishment in Gardens, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction - Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and performance - Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and revenue target achievement - Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and operational efficiencies - Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations - Implement and sustain service excellence, brand consistency, and operational best practices Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry - Proven track record in premium or high-volume establishments - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent financial and administrative acumen - Proactive, hands-on approach with keen attention to detail - Based in Cape Town and available to start immediately - Valid police clearance certificate required Remuneration: - R30,000 CTC per month (commensurate with experience) Application Process: Please submit your CV, motivation letter, and valid police clearance certificate using the subject line: "Restaurant General Manager - Gardens, Cape Town"
