DAYTIME RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

We're looking for a

dynamic and food-forward

General Manager to lead our team in our highly rated and busy restaurant in the Cape Town CBD.

The ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about food and service, confident in making big calls, and skilled at driving both people and performance.

You will be overseeing a closely knit team and leading them into a busy season, so the role requires a lot of

*Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' management experience in a fast-paced,

high-quality restaurant

Strong understanding of

front and back of house operations

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Currently the restaurant is

day time trading

, with plans in place to roll out dinner service
6 days / week, including working on weekends and public holidays
Competitive salary depending on experience
