Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff activities. Ensure high standards of service and food quality. Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a restaurant management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities and a proactive approach. Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting. Attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
