Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant sites
Ensure restaurants meet company standards, policies, and regulations
Identify underperforming stores and implement improvement plans
Monitor and improve restaurant profitability
Identify operational and financial risks and put corrective actions in place
Stay informed about industry trends that may affect the business
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to restaurant management teams
Proven experience in a multi-site or area management role
Experience in the hospitality or food industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to delegate effectively and manage teams
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word - intermediate level)
Tertiary qualification is an advantage
Knowledge of Micros systems is an advantage
