About the Role
As a Resourcer, you'll be the talent-finding powerhouse behind our recruitment success. Working during prime US business hours (2pm-11pm Cape Town time), you'll be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates across various industries for our USA-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Candidate Sourcing
Master multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and Facebook
Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates who aren't actively job searching
Build comprehensive candidate pipelines across various skill levels and industries
Research and identify potential candidates through Boolean searches, industry networking, and competitive intelligence
Platform Expertise & Research
Utilize advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques and search methodologies
Navigate multiple job boards and professional networks with precision
Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for candidate discovery
Stay current with emerging sourcing tools and platforms
Candidate Engagement & Database Management
Make initial contact with potential candidates through various communication channels
Conduct preliminary screening conversations to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications
Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records in our recruitment database
Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
Administrative Excellence
Perform meticulous data entry and candidate profile management
Ensure all candidate information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Generate regular sourcing reports and pipeline analytics
Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates
Essential Requirements
Core Skills & Experience
Proven experience
in candidate sourcing, recruitment research, or talent acquisition
Expert-level proficiency
with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong experience across
multiple job boards
(Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, etc.)
Social media sourcing
experience, particularly Facebook and professional networks
Advanced
Boolean search techniques
and research methodologies

Must be based in Cape Town
and able to work from our office location
Available to work 2pm - 11pm, 5 days per week
