Recruiter Type: Full-Time Industry: Permanent recruitment into Private Family Offices / Creative Industries (e.g. Music, Film, Art, Design) Reports to: Ben Arnold, Managing Director Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, highly discreet, and culturally aware Recruiter to specialize in sourcing and placing exceptional Executive Assistants to CEOs, founders, and principals within private family offices and the creative industries (music, film, art, and design). This role requires proven experience in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier business support talent who can thrive in demanding, fast-paced, and often confidential environments. You will be responsible for building robust long lists, conducting detailed screening interviews, and ensuring candidates meet both the professional caliber and the personal fit required by our clients. Our clients operate in discreet, high-profile, and often pressurized contexts. A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism. The role has the potential to develop into a full 360 consultant position, including client management, relationship development, and business growth. The Company We are a boutique recruitment/search business specializing in the placement of Executive Assistants and senior business support professionals into the private and creative sectors. Our clients include family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and leading figures in music, film, and the arts. We pride ourselves on a discreet, relationship-driven approach, where quality of match and cultural alignment matter as much as technical skill. We are now expanding our delivery team to support a growing pipeline of assignments with some of the most influential and creative clients in the market. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Build and maintain long lists of qualified EA and business support candidates through LinkedIn, our CRM, referrals, and discreet market mapping. Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage both passive and active talent. Proactively identify and approach candidates from luxury, creative, or UHNW backgrounds. Candidate Qualification Conduct detailed interviews to assess professional skills, prior experience at C-suite/CEO level, discretion, and cultural fit. Evaluate softer skills such as emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability. Prepare confidential candidate profiles summarizing suitability, motivations, and potential concerns. Collaboration Work closely with the Owner/Director and a Senior Recruiter to ensure delivery of assignments to exacting client standards. Provide market insights (salary bench marking, availability of talent, competitor intelligence, client leads). Candidate Experience Deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate journey from first contact through interview and placement. Act as a trusted advisor, able to gently challenge and probe for supporting evidence of skills/experience. Manage candidate expectations with discretion, ensuring timelines and confidentiality are respected. Administration & Reporting Use our own database and LI Recruiter Lite to identify candidates swiftly and engage them. Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM, preparing weekly sourcing and pipeline reports. Create confidential profiles and maintain structured notes from interviews. Ensure all candidate data is managed in line with GDPR and client confidentiality requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting for Executive Assistants, business support, or comparable roles. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical competency and personal fit for UHNW/creative environments. Excellent written and verbal communication able to produce polished candidate summaries and engage senior stakeholders. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism; trusted to handle sensitive and high-profile information. Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn or equivalent ATS, Zoom). Preferred Attributes Experience working with family offices, HNWIs, luxury brands, or creative industries. Culturally aware, emotionally intelligent, and confident working with high-profile clients. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under pressure. Comfortable balancing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Performance Metrics / KPIs Success in this role will be measured against clear delivery outcomes, including: Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline o Number of qualified, relevant candidates added to the pipeline per assignment in 24 hours/48 hours. o % of candidates sourced who progress to the shortlist stage. Quality & Fit o Client satisfaction scores/feedback on shortlisted candidates. o Ratio of interviews arranged to placements made. Timeliness o Average time-to-shortlist for retained roles. o Consistency in delivering to agreed client timetables. Candidate Experience o Positive feedback from candidates on communication and professionalism. o Candidate retention rate post-placement (monitored within 36 months). Business Contribution o Revenue generated through successful placements. o Active contribution to BD pipeline (market mapping, referrals, introductions).
