Job Description
Resort in the Maldives is currently recruiting for an experienced Italian Speaking Resort Manager. This high end resort is all inclusive and offers 70+ Rooms, restaurants, bars, water sports and more. We are seeking motivated and highly skilled Manager to lead the resort to success. The Manager will be responsible and oversee the delivery and management of all operational requirements for the resort. This role requires the successful applicant to live onsite in a remote island lifestyle. Requirements:
- A Diploma in hotel / resort Management
- Sound financial and management skills
- Experience in a remote island location
- Fully computer literate
- Solid proven leadership experience
- Ability to build and drive a strong and positive employee culture
- Guest experience and service focus outcomes with the ability to build and develop strong guest relationships
- Financial understanding and acumen
- Strategic vision and ability to think outside the box
- Passion for accommodation and food and beverage in a resort style location
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A great attitude
- Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
- Passion for the industry
