Job Description
:
Blue Rock Waterski Resort has sport activities, accommodation and a large Lake where we offer wake boarding, swimming and other water activities. We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Resort Lifeguard.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the water. Monitoring swimmers and activities. Responding effectively in emergencies. Responsible for health and safety on the resort. Comply with the health and safety as well as relevant regulations and guidelines. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of all the safety equipment. Must be computer literate, sporty and active person.
Education and Other Requirements:
Must live in the Helderberg Area Valid Lifeguard certification (open water/resort lifesaving experience an advantage). Physically fit, with strong swimming ability and quick emergency response skills. Responsible, reliable, and safety conscious. Team player with a positive attitude. Must send a detailed CV and current photo. Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak season shifts (Dec and January).
