Requirements:
Relevant engineering/construction tertiary qualification
Relevant engineering/construction tertiary qualification Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Construction Foreman (residential and/or commercial)
Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of safety regulations and site procedures
Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
Cape Town based
