Seasoned Residential Sales & Marketing Manager sought by well-established Property Developer.

Rapidly growing, our client develops, sells, owns and rents upmarket residential units. Operating in metropolitan cities situated coastally, they have a vested interest in delivering high quality products that improve lifestyle. With a tech-enabled, innovative executive team that boasts a wealth of experience totalling 30 years, which is evident not only in their delivery of luxury apartments but also in their agile expansion into other asset classes such as short-term rentals. To join their La Lucia based team, they are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will be tasked with ensuring their Sales & Marketing department and team are operating at peak efficiency.

Leveraging your experience in residential property sales both off-plan and existing you will be responsible for your own sales as well as the performance of the Sales team, assisting and leading them in turning leads into deals that will in turn ensure optimal turnover and pre-sales for future developments. Having extensive knowledge in sales and bond administration, you will also be tasked with overseeing the Sales Administrator as well as marrying marketing and sales in the business by conceptualising and managing the marketing strategy rolled out by the Marketing Executive and various marketing subcontractors. Management duties will also include ensuring the CRM system is used efficiently by your department, monitoring and managing commission for Sales Executives, leading and chairing meetings, providing timeous reporting based on marketing and sales, managing marketing and sales analytics, perform market research as well as driving the recruitment and learning & development for your team. Additionally, you will also be responsible for property management including snagging, chairing Body Corporate trustee meetings and managing handovers.

To be considered for this role you will require the following:

  • 5 - 7 years' experience in Residential property sales. (mandatory)
  • 3 years' experience in managing a Sales team. (mandatory)
  • 3 years' experience in off-plan sales. (mandatory)
  • NQF level 4 in Real Estate (mandatory)
  • Registration with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) (mandatory)
