Our client in the Real Estate industry is currently looking for a Residential Property Administrator, in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Property Administration & Intake: Monitor applications on the website and follow up on incomplete or edited applications. Respond to support emails/WhatsApp queries. Verify student lists with universities and check defunded students. Leasing: Vet student documents on Rise website. Perform credit checks for prospective students. Ensure lease data is accurate in Rise and PIMS systems. Update student details as needed. Report occupancy levels and vacancies to management. Statement & Billing: Generate lease billings monthly (starting 13th, statements by 20th). Run interest billing and check accuracy. Process debit runs and post batches in PIMS and Great Plains. Monitor and reconcile student payments. Arrear Management: Ensure rent is paid on the 1st of each month. Resolve payment queries and issue letters of demand. Calculate and draft AOD repayments. Facilitate handover process for defaulting students. General Administration: Assist Property Manager with monthly management reports. Manage account closures and deposit refunds. Administer entry/exit recoveries and deposit reconciliations.
Education + Experience
Matric. National Diploma (advantageous). Experience: 2 ? 3 years in Property Management. Experience in Student Accommodation is an advantage.
