Residential Energy Storage Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain regional distribution networks (solar installers, appliance retailers, community electricians), covering key cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) and townships at high risk of load shedding. Train channel partners (product knowledge, sales techniques, installation standards) and establish a monthly incentive program for purchase targets. Reach household customers through community outreach (church events, community markets) and digital marketing (WhatsApp groups, Facebook communities), demonstrating how energy storage systems mitigate load shedding. Develop localized product packages tailored to different income groups.
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience in residential solar/energy storage products preferred. Familiarity with South African township community culture; proficient in English + one local language (Afrikaans/Zulu/Xhosa). Possess a valid South African driver's license and be comfortable with frequent inter-town road travel.

Pay: R15000,00 - R25000,00 per month
