end-to-end sales
for the estate with the support of the developer. Build strong client relationships and deliver a premium customer experience. Conduct show days, client viewings, and negotiations. Drive marketing strategies to increase visibility and conversions. Collaborate with the team on development growth initiatives.Requirements
PPRA registered
with NQF4/PDE4 qualification. Proven track record inoff plan
residential sales in a sectional title
Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills.Afrikaans & English fluency
(essential). Independent, entrepreneurial, and career-driven. Based in or willing to relocate toGeorge
