Responsibilities
Actively source and secure new clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain a strong understanding of property listings and industry regulations
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
Assist clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
Stay up to date with the latest market trends and property values
Handle administrative duties related to property sales and transactions
Requirements
Matric certificate (or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage
Own vehicle and valid driver's license required
Professional, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
