Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Resident Engineer to oversee engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction management, site supervision, and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate engineering projects on-site.
• Ensure projects comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and costs.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Pr Eng, Pr Tech, or Pr Techni certification.
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in a similar role.

And
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction projects, cost control, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flows.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare financial reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience.
