What You'll Do

Handle reservation enquiries by phone and email with accuracy and warmth Manage group reservations, provisionals and ensure all booking details are correct Process rates, deposits, confirmations and guest requests with exceptional attention to detail Maintain organised records, guest history and booking accuracy within the PMS Check arrivals daily and ensure all bookings are confirmed, especially during peak occupancy Maximise revenue through upselling and correct application of policies Communicate booking updates to Operations, Sales and Front Office Identify potential sales leads and assist with facility pre-bookings Build positive relationships with guests, agents and internal teams

What You'll Need

Matric plus a hospitality or tourism qualification preferred 2-3 years reservations experience, ideally within a luxury or 5 star environment Strong knowledge of PMS systems and OTAs Excellent written and verbal communication High accuracy, organisational strength and a guest-centred approach * Ability to manage pressure, high volumes and rotational schedules including weekends and public holidays
