POSITION Reservations Consultant A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a reservations department for multiple properties. The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group. Scope & General Purpose:

• Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
• Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email
• Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager Requirements:
• Proven experience as a reservationxe2x80x99s consultant or similar position
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• PMS system knowledge xe2x80x93 Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
• Proficiency in English xe2x80xa2 Well-organized with good time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Works well and accurately under pressure SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS xc2xa7 Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills xc2xa7 eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex LEVEL General MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties
• Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.

• Presentable Appearance SALARY The package includes a mandatory 5% deduction toward the companyxe2x80x99s provident fund. Medical Aid is available as part of the CTC package. The remuneration will be discussed at the interviews or upon individual requests.

• Salary: R15K xe2x80x93 R20K COST TO COMPANY (MAX offer)
• 5% provident fund is available (compulsory)
• Company does provide medical aid but forms part of CTC package
• Valid RSA ID is required
