Job Description

TPF Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company representing a diverse collection of luxury properties across South Africa. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Consultant to join our team at our property in Camps Bay, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest reservations across multiple booking channels (direct, OTA, GDS, travel trade, etc.) Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms Maintain accurate booking records and ensure systems (Opera Cloud/Channel Managers) are updated Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling of properties within the TPF Hospitality portfolio Coordinate with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a reservations role (hospitality industry essential) Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS Strong understanding of OTA extranets and booking platforms Previous experience in working with travel agent and corporate rates Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Ability to work weekends and operational hospitality shifts
