As a Reservations Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience. You will be responsible for managing room reservations and ensuring every detail is perfect. Your key duties will include:
Accurately capturing data and maintaining detailed guest profiles in the Opera (PMS) system.
Maximizing room sales and seizing marketing opportunities while adhering to hotel policies.
Managing room inventory with precision, following established checklists and systems.
Working collaboratively within a team or independently to deliver exceptional service standards.
A Matric certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent.
Excellent numeracy and strong verbal and written English skills (NQF 4).
A diploma from a hotel or tourism school is highly advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Reservations role.
