Salary: R32,000 Experience and Skills:
- Previous luxury reservations experience.
- Detailed knowledge of luxury products and suppliers.
- Bonus: Previous safari experience.
- Established network in the sector.
- Proven track record of precision and relationship management.
- Team player with a sense of fun.
- Excellent relationship-building and tech skills.
- Manage B2B booking enquiries.
- Convert leads from relevant agents and DMCs.
- Communicate with operations and marketing teams.
- Be the point of contact during guests' travels.
- Follow due reservations processes.
- Work with suppliers for smooth operations.
- Attend trade shows and functions.
- Suggest travel options, book tickets, and manage financial aspects.
- Promote different services and build relationships with key agents.
