Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 2 years experience in the
hospitality industry in a similar position
Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to
work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Resrequest/Opera) and MS Office Suite.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage
guest check-ins and check-outs
efficiently and professionally
Handle
reservations, enquiries, and guest correspondence.
Supervise daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the guest house
Deliver
exceptional guest service
and maintain a
high standard of hospitality
at all times
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet guest expectations
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and effectively
Perform
cash-ups, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
Ensure
security, safety, and cleanliness standards
are consistently upheld
