Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Reservationist or in a similar administrative role within hospitality
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in PMS and reservation systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional, guest-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
