Our team specializes in maximizing asset value for property owners while staying ahead of market trends and opportunities. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Researcher / Sales Assistant to support our sales and acquisitions teams with actionable insights and strategic information.Role Summary:
The Researcher / Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for sourcing, compiling, and analyzing data related to real estate assets, with a focus on identifying refinancing opportunities. This role is non-client facing and ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, working with data, and supporting high-impact decisions behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth property and market research, including ownership and loan history.
• Source and validate public records, databases, and third-party tools to extract property-level data.
• Identify potential leads for refinancing opportunities by analyzing financial, zoning, and market data.
• Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and timely information.
• Generate reports and summaries using Excel and other tools to assist sales and acquisition strategies.
• Support the sales team with research-backed insights and lead lists.
• Track and monitor market trends, foreclosure filings, and debt maturity schedules.
• Assist with special projects, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong research skills and comfort working with public records and online databases.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset and a drive to dig deep for information.
• Prior experience in real estate, finance, or research roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Business, Finance, or similar) preferred but not required.
