Duties:
- Sourcing high calibre talent using various methods and tools
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Candidate engagement and recruitment process facilitation
- Meeting required targets
- Identifying business opportunities to support the sales team
- Administrative support
- Experience in a sales/recruitment environment is preferred
- A passion for people
- Exceptional communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Team player
