Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Food Science, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering
, or related field . (Application will not be considered if no Bachelor's degree - no Diplomas).
Strong knowledge of
dairy / fresh food products, ingredients, and processing technologies
.
Proven experience in
new product development
, ideally within the food / FMCG manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with
food safety standards
and
regulatory requirements
(e.g. FSSC, or similar).
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
