25 years hands-on formulation experience within consumer-formulated goods.
Strong capability in developing, troubleshooting, and scaling varied formulation systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple development projects with precision and time management.
Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
Computer literacy essential.
Key Performance Areas
Design, develop, and refine innovative formulation systems for consumer use.
Research and assess alternative raw materials, functional actives, and new delivery systems technologies for safety, performance, sustainability, and regulatory alignment.
Conduct lab-scale batch processing and optimise processes to ensure a successful transfer from R&D to production.
Manage performance, stability, compatibility, and packaging interaction testing.
Ensure all formulations meet internal quality standards, global regulatory expectations, and best-practice development protocols.
Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with Regulatory, QC, QA, Brand, and Manufacturing teams to support product readiness.
Prepare technical summaries, key selling points, and evaluation reports for new and existing products.
Stay informed of emerging advances in formulation science, material technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
