Minimum Requirements:
PhD- degree with 5-years? experience in a relevant field
Must be available immediately and not be working or studying
Strong organisational capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a research-driven environment
High attention to detail and commitment to professional excellence
Experience in insectary management and rearing of Anophelesmosquitoes
Experience with working with insects, rearing, collection, etc.
Minimum of 4 publications
Demonstrated ability to develop and write competitive research grant proposals
Proven research expertise in entomology, ecological modelling, GIS, and remote sensing, with applications to environmental and vector-related research
Experience in field-based ecological research, laboratory experimentation, and advanced spatial and statistical analysis
Strong research focus on vector surveillance and climate and environment interactions
