Administering, in consultation with the Head of Policy and Senior Policy Unit Manager, the activities and programmes of action in the department
Providing assistance with administrative tasks, logistics, research, and meeting preparation
Planning and organising policy workshops
Ensuring effective communication between the department and all its stakeholders

Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in public administration, project management, business administration, public relations, or a related field (advantageous)
2 years' experience in an administrative role
1 year of experience in project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
Skills:
Written and verbal communication
Time management and organisation
Systematic, comprehensive and display attention to detail
Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking
Abilities:
Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
Be outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
Work independently
