:
The role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting for the real estate portfolio, working closely with business and senior management.

• Lead and support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the real estate portfolio.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and highlight variances.

• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior management.

• Partner with business units to align financial planning with strategic objectives.

• Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven insights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Monitor key financial metrics and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.

Requirements
CA qualification is preferred with 4-5 years of experience, with strong analytical skills, understanding of real estate financials, and the ability to deliver clear insights in a fast-paced environment.

• CA qualification (preferred) with 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or real estate finance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated understanding of real estate financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio performance.

• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

• Experience working in a corporate or investment environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.
