As a Reporting Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for them. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and supporting the finance team in various reporting functions.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in using financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of information for reporting purposes
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts, financial models, and other financial reports as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and address any audit queries
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the reporting function
