Duties:
- Create board packs, monthly management accounts and reports.
- Conduct budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Implement improvements to the way we report and improve efficiency
- Keep abreast of changes in IFRS, financial regulations and legislation
- Assist with year-end process and auditor queries
- Liaise with relevant parties regarding results and variance analysis
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Undergraduate degree in (Accounting/Finance)
- CA (SA) is a must
- 3-5 relevant experience in manufacturing, media or entertainment industry
- Knowledge of Hyperion financial management and syspro knowledge is desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel) is a must
- Financial analysis and data interpretation skills
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Well-organised administration and process discipline
- Knowledge of internal controls
- Exposure to financial practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
